ACS Technologies successfully installs 10 Lead-Free HASL Systems in North America!

ACS Technologies, Corp. Farmington, AR, North American distributor for Lantronic, the leading manufacture of Hot Air Solder Leveling (HASL) systems. ACS has successfully installed 10 Lead-Free HASL systems in North America with plans to install two more systems next month. Lantronics installation base has totaled 55 Lead-Free HASL systems globally.

Our success has been through the design features of the Lantronic Lead-Free HASL systems.  The systems provide manufactures the ability to single cycle each printed circuit board (PCB) below 500º F, remove dross from the top of the solder pot, and an efficient heating system which maintains solder pot and air knife temperatures.
