The Lead-Free Model 204-S HASL is a  compact systems which provides PCB manufactures the ability to meet Lead-Free regulations at an affordable price. In addition, the Lantronic Lead-Free systems provides single cycle coverage below 500º F, removal of dross from top of solder pot, and efficient heating which maintains solder pot and air knife temperatures during production cycles. Lantronic has been manufacturing HASL systems for over 20 years and has successfully installed over 400 systems worldwide.
