Texas Circuitry, Inc. places order for a Lantronic Model TT30 Lead Free HAL System.

ACS Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce that Texas Circuitry, Inc., Garland, TX, has placed an order for the Lantronic Model TT30 Lead Free Hot Air Leveling System. The Lead Free Model TT30 which features the patented Tru Track 45° Clamping Systems. The Tru Track system secures the PCB’s at the top and bottom of the panel insuring superior leveling of quad packs and prevents the PCB’s from bowing during the descent into the solder pot providing a more front-to-back uniformity. In addition, the Lantronic Lead-Free systems provides single cycle coverage below 500º F, removal of dross from top of solder pot, and efficient heating which maintains solder pot and air knife temperatures during production cycles. Lantronic has been manufacturing HAL systems for over 20 years and has successfully installed over 400 systems worldwide. Rajni Patel, of Texas Circuitry, Inc. confirmed, with the deadline in place for Lead Free compliance, we want to have our HASL system and process fully functioning by the end of 1^st quarter 2005.
